Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
My son is listed in my will as my executor and due to family problems I now have no contact with him and want to change my executor to another of my children. How do I do this.

You can either execute a new Will or a Codicil, which is an amendment to your Will. There is no need to even contact your son or anyone else other than an attorney to draft the document. Feel free to contact me with any other questions at 215-367-5110.
