Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
In Trust For
My mother just passed. The will said that any money would be shared between me and my brother equally. Her savings account and IRA says that they are 'in trust for' me. Does my brother have any claim on those funds?

Who drafted the Will? Generally, the same lawyer will have trust document...that is what would control the passing of the asset sine it was not titled "jointly"....
Is there an Estate lawyer involved yet?
What other assets did she leave behind??
