Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

My case has been going on for more than three years and i finally started to recieve full compensation pay but am I entiltled to any other form of pay? Am I allowed to seek any medical care that I wish including pain management and do they have to provide it?

Yes. you are entitled to both wage and medical bill indemnification under Section 306 (a) and (f.2). ask your lawyer about getting med bills paid and whether you will need to pursue utilization review.
