On a business trip paid for by my employer,a co worker attempted to rape me and the job fired me. Can I apply for workmen compensation?

You most likely do. You also have a wrongful discharge claim if you were fired for the protection of your coemployee
You need to speak with an employment law attorney immediately. While I doubt you have a workers comp claim, you may very well have a claim for wrongful discharge. You have not provided many facts, so it is not possible to know at this time. You may also be eligible for unemployment benefits. Bottom line: speak with an attorney soon!
