Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

earnings

how much am i to receive a week while on workers comp? is it my hourly wages times my regular work hours? i am being told my wages will go back 1 year and be prorated? how can this be legal? i am making more money and hours now than i was this last year......

Your workers' compensation rate is generally 2/3 of your gross weekly wage. However there is a maximum. If you want to know exactly how your compensation is figured, go to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry website.
