Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
If you get hurt at work and they take you to their doctor and they just give you a cortason shot in the shoulder. Do you have to wait 90 days to get a second opinion?

Simply put, if your employer posts, in a place that you can easily see, a list of doctors you have to go to if you're hurt on the job, you have to use those docs for the 1st 90 days. But if your employer doesn't post a list of docs, you can get a 2nd opinion any time you want. Feel free to call to discuss.

You have to pay yourself if you use a non-listed doctor. If he puts you off work, take the slip to your workers' comp lawyer and he will try to get benefits started or re-instated.
Good Luck.
