Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Internet Businesses and Workers Comp.

I am currently on Workers Compensation for an injury. I have been invited to join with other family members in an internet business. If there is no profit from the business and I perform no work am I breaking any laws just by having my name on the business?

This question is more complicated than it seems. The Workers Comp. carrier wants to know if you are disable, not necessarily if you are receiving income. If you can work, it is likely that the comp carrier will attempt to terminate your benefits. You have an obligation to tell them that you are working.
