Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Paying me vacation time for work missed from injury at work

I haved worked for my company about 7 months. About 2 weeks ago, I fell on ice coming into the building, therefore it is covered by workmans comp. I recieved my paycheck and found out that for the 4 days I was out of work, they paid me vacation pay. I don't have any vacation time, because I have not been employed for a full year. Also no one asked me if I wanted to use my vacation time. Can they do this?? My comp case is still open. I did NOT want to use my vacation time for a work injury.
