Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

From Pennsylvania, My employer is telling me that I must go to my rehab app.on my own time. This was a workers comp. injury.

So long as you are able to perform the duties of your job, your employer can do this. You are not entitled to be paid for missed work due to medical treatment, unless that treatment is unavailable during business hours.
