Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

post traumatic stress-depression

Due to bullying at the workplace by administration I developed severe depression and had to leave because I thought I would die. I was diagnosed with post traumatic stress syndrome and am fighting for workers comp but it looks pretty hopeless. Is there anything I can do to help my case? I have a hard time proving an abnormal working situation since apparently this happens to so many people.

Re: post traumatic stress-depression

You are correct that you need to prove an abnormal working condition to be successful. I would need to know more facts before I could help you further.
