Subrogation of Benefits

If you are awarded a workman's comp. benefit and then awarded a settlement from an auto accident that caused the workman's comp. claim, do you have to pay back the award to workman's comp. & our personal health insurance company?

Please give cases if they have benefited the claimant.

it depends upon a number of things. But generaaly, there is a right of subrogation as to those carriers.
