Where can i find a sample letter of persons no longer interested in the corporation they joined in. They want to get their shares. Can you give me a sample letter of persons Withdrawing from the corporation?

withdrawal from a corporation necessitates selling of the stocks to any interested party. The document for the sale is denominated as Deed of Assignment. Corresponding taxes for the sale should be paid to the government.
