rights of an adopted person
Hi! my husband is only an adopted son of a rich family here in the Philippines. He wants to konow what are his leagl rights can he also claim inheritance from the wealth since her adoptive parents are already dead.

A legally adopted child is entitled to all the rights provided by law to a legitimate child without discrimination of any kind. If your husband had been legally adopted, he is a compulsory heir of his adoptive parents and he can inherit from them.
