My father passed away and left no will

My father was died, w/ my stepmother in 10 years relationship w/o any legal marraige, and he left a bussines which is my fathers capital because he is the only one who had jobs on that time, what can i do? do i have a legal matters on my hands? do we are the children have a chance get a heritage

yes. you have inheritance on the co-owned share of your father on the business. But you have the obligation to show proof that the said business now held by your step mom indeed came from your father.
