annulment/child support/adultery

My husband and i have been seperated for almost 3 months. he is having an affair with someone.

here are my questions:

1. if i would like to file a case of adultery what do i need to do?

2. if i file for annulment what are the steps i need to follow?

3.can i force him to give my daughter financial support, what if he says no?

In an adultery case you have to show proof of the relationshiop which must have been committed in a scandalous circumstances. In nullity, you have to show proof of the psychological incapacity of your husband to perform his marital obligation. Yes, you can sue your husband even for support. This support petition can be filed simultaneous with the civil case for nullity. Thanks
