i neep help

im a single mom from the philipinnes.I would like to ask if its possible to file a childsupport case against the biological father of my child.since were not married.but he did acknowledge the child.

Yes. You can file a petition for support. Worst, you can also sue the biological father for Abandonement of Minor in relation to Anti Child Abuse Law (this is a criminal case, which would compel him to settle with you) if he continues not to support the child.
