how do i get back a gift (house) from my ex
i was with my ex g/f for nearly 3 years. She did not work ..we live apart(me usa/she phils). During this time we had plans to marry and have a family. I bought her a small house and laptop etc All are in her name. Now she dumped me ... i feel like a sugar daddy used. Is there anything i can do to get the house back??

you can no longer get back the items. look at it as a lesson learned. you have no basis in law to take it back.

It is all a matter of whether your understanding was that you would share the house with her or you gave her the house as a gift. Is there a mortgage?
