Promisory Note

i'm a single mom. i was able to borrow a money in the collection amounting to 30k for my medical needs cause i'm 5 months pregnant. when an auditor conduct a suprise visit in the store,he found out the the 30k is missing.i told him i use it for my personal medical needs.the store owner ask me to resign and i signed in a promisory note stating that i will pay the said amount on a centain date.but i don't have any means of income now.what will i do?

YOu can be criminally prosecuted just because of what you did. It is a clear case of estafa. Should you be able to come up with agreement that you would resign, execute the promissory note and then would be absolved of your criminal liability, then I would suggest that you agree with your employer
