Death of a spouse; no children

A couple married 30 years ago. He died recently. No childrens in the relationship. No wills or legal documents available. His parents are death, but 4 sibblings of him alive. He left some money in 3 accounts and 2 cars. She is alive, never signed in any of the accounts. Will she inherit all that or will that be divided between her and his sibblings? What are her rights?

The living spouse will inherit nothing. If legally married and residing in Puerto Rico she is entitled to half of the properties acquired during the marriage. She will also be entitled to an usufruct on a portion of the property once divided.
