Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Puerto Rico

Inheritance from Puerto Rico

My father passed away in April 2000 and we are the legal heirs to all of his assets (We have already received funds from some of his bank accounts). The credit union refuses to release the funds or give us any information, despite proof that we are his direct and only descendents. Yet, the former common law wife has been given information including that other monies have been released to us and she also has the credit union representatives home phone. They state that the reason for this is because my father's former common law wife sent a notarized statement that she is entitled to some of the monies. She was not living with him for years prior to his death. My questions are:

1)Are we entitled to this information, including finding out whether this account was jointly owned?

2)What are the confidentiality and privacy laws with regard to financial disclosures in Puerto Rico?

3)Where/How can we find a reputable lawyer that practices inheritance law in Puerto Rico?

4)How can we find out if my father has other bank accounts in Puerto Rico?
