Name change
I am a permanent resident, got my green card 6 month ago, I want to change my name and get my husband's lastname, should I wait until I get my citizenship or can I do it now?

You may either change your name as part of your citizenship application (at no extra charge) or file for a name change now in District Court, which will cost you a fee.
