Marraige to immigrant

My boyfriend, unfortunetly, is here illegally and we wanted to get married, but are not sure of what that would take to do it. And also can we come and go to brazil as we choose?

If he entered the US "illegally" without inspection, then he may have to receive his lawful permanent residence (after marriage to a US citizen and applying for his petition in the US) back in his home country.
