Legal Question in Personal Injury in Rhode Island

I broke my tooth on a bone that was in my Dominos pizza. They came out that night and picked up the bone but I complained both to the store and online to corporate that night. I keep emailing them with no response. I am 28 and have never had any dental work beyond my braces. This flaw in my mouth is making my Anxiety act up bad. I need my tooth fixed, I can't handle this. I am having nightmares again. What do I do?

Did you save the bone and the pizza?

Did you see a dentist and get examined.

Both of these are very important.
