Laws goverening US businesses operating in Philipines

What are the laws governing a business based in the US but operating in the Philipines? This business would be like an internet cafe with video email for communication.

Whether your business originated in the US or not, is not important. If you intent to work in the Philippines you will have to follow the Philippines laws regarding foreign ownership and the restrictions regarding the business reserved to local ownership. There are many internet cafes in the Philippines and there are some tax advantage in that area for foreign investments.
