Legal Question in Business Law in South Carolina

I had an agreement with a sub contractor stating it commenced on April 1, 2010 and expires March 31,2011. Is there liability for me if I tell her to not return to my place of business?

As a Franchise Attorney I ask that you repost your question with more detail. What was the sub contractor supposed to do and what are all relevant terms of the agreement? Also, what do you mean by "tell her not return to my place of business?" Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
