Deliquent Furniture Bill

The lawyer office want me to settle to keep me from being sued. They are asking me to borrow money at 96% or 59% or be sued where they can put a lein against my property or garnish my wages.

If you owe money on a secured debt, no one can force you borrow money in order to settle the debt. If this is your only debt which you are struggling with, consider requesting to negotiate a workout with the creditor. If there are other debts that are causing you financial stress, please consider filing for bankruptcy.
