drunkiness charge
my daughter was arrested on wednesday [5-2-07] for drunkiness [not dui]. she is to appear in court [5-9-07]. can she plead guilty to a lesser charge?

She might try to plea to disturbing the peace. There's not really a "lesser included charge" under what she's charged with, from what I understand, so the officer would have to agree and write her a different ticket.
