Legal Question in DUI Law in South Carolina

DUI Probable Cause

I was pulled over yesterday and given a DUI. The reason i was pulled over was for speeding but the officer did not write me a speeding ticket, and my radar detector never once went off. Would this be questionable enough probable cause to possibly escape the charges. I did take the breathalyzer and blow a .13 and I am also underage. Please help.

It could be. But its a hard one. Usually if a police officer testifies that a person was speeding, the jury believes them. I would suggest having the whole case reviewed by an attorney.
