Legal Question in Elder Law in South Carolina
My husband was just diagnosed with dementia. Is there anything I need to do legally to sign his name or handle his business.

Yes! At the very least, you should get a Durable Financial Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney and HIPAA Authorization executed as soon as possible.
