Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
My 30 yr old Married sister had sex with a 16yr old and her very abusiv husband has kicked her out of their home and refuses to let her see their 3 mth baby unless hes present and he spits on her, told her she would sleep with the dogs.. She made a mistake huge one but shes a professional with a great reputation and hes determined to ruin her carrer. He also states that if she doesnt do what he says he will make alligations that she messed w their baby.
