If you do not know what is scaring your daughter I would suggest getting her into counseling with someone experienced with children. The counselor may help get to the bottom of the issues. You cannot change to visitation/custody schedule without help from the court. Once you learn what the problem is you can file an action to change the visitation schedule with the same court that gave you the schedule you now have. Until you know what she is afraid of there is not much you can do. Get child into counseling then ask court to change schedule or if necessary ask for supervised visitation for father.
