Is it a conflick of intrist if the judge served as a guardiam of litem?

If the judge served as a Guardian ad litem in your case, representing the best interests of your child, then there would be a conflict. If the judge was a Guardian ad litem before becoming a judge then there is not a conflict. If you believe there is a conflict I suggest that you contact a local attorney to discuss the issues in your case more fully.
