My ex- husband has nothing to do with his other two children will this effect the custody case for our two children ?

Yes, if your husband is seeking custody of your children, you may question him about his relationship with the other children during the trial. You may also put any information that you have first hand knowledge of in any affidavit you may write for any temporary hearings. The judge will be trying to determine what is in your children's best interest and your ex-husband's lack of parenting his other children is something that the judge will need to know.
