You may create your own custody agreement for the court to review/approve. If you are trying to avoid the cost of hiring an attorney, you may want to draft your custody agreement and have one meeting with an attorney. At the meeting you could ask the attorney to review the agreement and make sure it is complete and proper. This way you are only paying the attorney for an hour or so and then you take the agreement to court on your own for approval. Good luck.
