Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I wanted to know how soon can I began to date if my wife left the home and marriage and moved to another state?

In SC you are married until you are divorced. There is no "legal separation" in SC. I would recommend meeting with an attorney to start the divorce process and get out your current marriage before you even think about dating anyone else.
