Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Me and my wife have decided to dissolve our marriage. we both have decided what she want and will get out of the household and I will retain the rest of the property and mortgages.

My question is if we do the online divorce papers and have them notorized will it be leagal and binding unitl the divorce id final, no kids

I think Yogia Berra would have said it like this, "There will be no problem with this online divorce papers until there is a problem." You each should get an attorney. You could probably find an attorney to help you with an uncontested divorce for about $700.00 to $1,000.00 in attorney fees. The filing fee will be $150.00. There will be a fee for $25.00 to motion the court for a final hearing. In cost your looking at maybe $175.00 to $300.00. If this is really uncontested the most money that should be spent on your case is $2,500.00 split between the two of you. Just a guess.
