Giving of a gift
My boyfriend/fiance gave me a kitten for our 2 month anniversary. I went with him to the animal shelter and we both picked it out and the kitten is under his name. Three weeks later, we broke up and called off the engagement. Even though the kitten is in his name, it was a gift. So who gets to keep the kitten now?
