Illegal use of property by the city
My family owns property in Burton South Carolina which we pay taxes on every year, but the city has taken it upon themselves without our permission to us it as a dump site. Could you tell me if they have the right to do this or not and what actions can be taken in order to be rid of the dump site? Does the city have to pay my family back taxes and rent for using the property without permission?
