Legal Question in Civil Litigation in South Carolina

I assume that you sued the person and that is where and how you received the judgement? Your not talking about receiving an order from a judge for restitution are you? Its important because people confuse the two and both of them are handled completely different. If you truely have a judgement from a civil law suit, those can be very difficult to collect on. It would be too difficult to type out everything you would need to know as there is a lot to it. Plus, I don't have enough information about the defendant, which I would need to know in order to tell you the best way to proceed.
