release of liability
where can we find a general release of liability form. we are a propane company, sometimes people alter products ie gas logs. If safe we will connect, but we need a signed release

Personally, I don't think you should trust the legal docments you get at stores, nor off the internet, unless you have an attorney review them. It probably would not be very expensive to simply have an attorney draft one up for you. Robert Johnston
