Legal Question in Immigration Law in South Carolina

My fiance ,and I have been together since Feb. 2008 she , and I met on Her internship here. She is compleeting school in the U.K. she is a Latvian citizen, she graduates in June 2010. I live in South Carolina, I am trying to find some direction on how to legally bring her here. We want to marry in Sept 2010, she has been here on mulitiple internships since then to be with me , and we have had mutiple apartment leases together. I need some direction I hope some one can give me some insight. Thank You.

Has she ever held a J-1 visa with a 2-year Home Country Residency requirement?

You should verify this important fact with her.

The most appropriate visa would be a Fiancee visa.
