Legal Question in Immigration Law in South Carolina

my husband came to the usa in april 1996 illegal we gto married in usa in nov. 2003, and now we have a four year old son and a eight month old daughter together, where would i need to start to get him legal.

As a first step, I suggest, you talk to a lawyer (not a 'notario'). After talking to you and asking questions of your husband, an immigration attorney can determine if your husband can be eligible for adjustment of status (green card) OR has to go back to his home country and apply for a visa and a waiver.
