as a landlord, when can i remove a tennants stuff when the electricity has been off for over 2 weeks?

Has the tenant been evicted? DO you have a written lease? You will need to follow MN Statute re: abandoned property if tenant has vacated or you have secured a Writ of Restitution through a Unlawful Detainer.
