Legal Question in Military Law in South Carolina
admin board
About seven ago the military said that i pop positive on a uranalis test. I know that i don't do drug, so i request an admin board. since then i have a hair sample done that i paid for and had a voluntiay uranilis test done that i have pass all of them. My command request that i have a polygraph test done that i did do and fail. what do you think the outcome will be at an admin board. i have 14 years in the service and no njp. my service record looks outstanding with the exception of fail uranilis that i don't know what happen.

Re: admin board
If it was an Army CID or Navy NCIS polygraph, it's no wonder you didn't pass - but, you might have and they are just lying about the results. If you don't have a good lawyer experienced in dealing with urinalysis issues and the science that is involved, your chances at an Admin Board are not good, unfortunately. If they had a "good" case, they would have court-martialed you, period. But, a "flunked" polygraph, now has everyone convinced that you are a liar - you know you didn't do drugs, but how is the Board going to know that?
If you don't have a lawyer, you need to get one ASAP otherwise, you stand to lose 14 years of Honorable service. You need character witnesses - the more the better. So don't wait until just before the Board.
