Can I sue a tobacco company to pay my childrens college education when their father died of a heart attack at age 47, and his death was attributed to smoking since his teens?

You might, but to tell you the truth, there are so many factors and issues to consider that it would be impossible to fill you in here. Your welcome to call or you can do an internet search for other lawyers that have handled such suits. Good luck.
