wrong prescription given to 15 year old
a pharmacy gave my 15 year old daughter who has the disease lupus the wrong medication, do i have a case?

You have two issues to overcome with a claim. One is libility, which is sounds like there is since they gave her the wrong medication. The second is called "damages." That would be any suffering, pain, or other harm that she incurred as the result of the wrong medication. [email protected]
