Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in South Carolina
administrators deed
Sorry I forgot to mention that I have went through all the procedures in South Carolina with the probate court. I have filed ancillary and so forth. I am listed as the adminstrator already down there. I just wanted to know what form/document I could use to transfer the deed to over to my niece.

A deed must be prepare to transfer ownership of the parcel to the person entitled to receive it. This deed will be signed by you in your capacity as the South Carolina fiduciary. Then the deed can be delivered and recorded.
