Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in South Carolina

My brother died in 2011 and left a will leaving house to 12 ,yesr old daughter when she turns ,21. I sent the palerwork to the attorney but tjhe will has not been lrobated, I am named the Executor and I have been paying the mortgage.. Please advise

You need to hire another probate attorney. SC law requires that the person in possession of the original Last Will & Testament deliver it to the Probate Court within thirty days from the date of death; if it isn't it could be a misdemeanor.
