Medical bill assistance

I would like to start a fund to help my neice, who was recently diagnosed with leukemia, with her medical bills. what type of attorney would I need to contact?

It sounds like your niece would benefit from a special needs trust so that money could be set aside to be used for her needs while protecting her eligibility for any government benefits she might be able to obtain. An attorney familiar with Elder Law or Probate and Trust should be able to help you.
