Legal Question in Workers Comp in South Carolina

I was injured last week and am receiving treatment through workers comp insurance. I was laid off this week. Am I still covered, how does this work?

Yes, you are still covered. As long as you had workers comp. insurance at the time of the injury and the insurance company accepts the claim as it appears that they have, then you are still covered. Please email to [email protected] if you have other questions.
